Job summary

ICL Group is seeking a Global Internal Auditor and SME for Procurement, Supply Chain & Inventory. The role leads audits across ICL's global businesses to strengthen controls, improve operational efficiency, manage risk, optimize working capital, and ensure compliance.

You will conduct internal audits of procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and ERP-enabled processes, report findings to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement. Travel globally as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of supply chain, procurement sourcing and category management.
• Strong knowledge of indirect procurement strategies and supplier management.
• Experience in inventory, warehousing and logistics operations.
• Experience auditing ERP-enabled processes.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits in line with industry standards.
• Lead audits independently or with the team.
• Follow IIA Standards for audits.
• Lead risk assessments and audit planning in procurement, supply chain and inventory.
• Execute operational, compliance, financial, fraud, ERP-related audits.
• Report findings to senior leadership and drive improvements.
• Stay current with trends to keep audit practices cutting-edge.
