Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise network security engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering product-led internal platforms with automation.
• Strong design, operations, and automation across global networks.
• Hands-on with NGFW, SWG, AAA/NAC, OOB and zero-trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team delivering network security platforms as internal products.
• Own lifecycle for network security services: roadmap, modernization, debt management.
• Define measurable reliability targets and monitor service health.
• Drive automation-first delivery with IaC, CI/CD, safe rollout.
• Collaborate with architecture, product ops, and vendors to enable fast flow.
• Foster inclusive culture and develop engineering talent.
