Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland seeks a high-caliber Network Security & Zero Trust Manager to lead strategic initiatives across networking, cybersecurity, automation and project delivery. You will design modern network architectures, drive Zero Trust adoption, automate processes and manage complex infrastructure and security programs.

Qualifications

• Zero Trust Architecture knowledge is required.
• Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and scripting.
• English fluency (C1 or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of network and security transformation projects.
• Develop Zero Trust security strategies and architecture.
• Design, deploy and optimize enterprise network solutions.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and business teams.
• Establish governance and best practices for network security operations.
• Monitor performance and ensure delivery against objectives.
