Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Warsaw, Poland, offers a Senior Network Engineer role within our international IT team. You will help operate and improve a global network and Azure-based connectivity, with emphasis on security, reliability, and scalability.

The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work setup. The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise networks, experience with Palo Alto, Meraki, UniFi, and strong Azure networking skills.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in network engineering within complex enterprise/global networks.
• Solid experience with next-generation firewalls, especially Palo Alto Networks.
• Practical experience with Cisco Meraki and UniFi environments.
• Strong Azure networking skills including cloud connectivity and hybrid networks.
• Strong VPN and IPsec knowledge.
• Solid understanding of static and dynamic routing including BGP.
• Good understanding of network security principles and secure design.
• Ability to work in English within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and continually improve the global network and cloud connectivity across regions.
• Manage networks with Palo Alto, Meraki, UniFi, and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot complex network and cloud issues (LAN/WAN/firewall/VPN).
• Support standardization, lifecycle management, migrations, and rollouts.
• Develop network automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with international IT, cloud, and security teams.
