Job summary

Jit is looking for an experienced senior network engineer to join a hybrid team in Poland. You will work on network infrastructure assessment, migration planning, and validation within a complex enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to analyze traffic, validate patterns, and support post-migration activities. A strong background in routing, switching, and VLANs is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, network infrastructure, or related senior networking roles
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking environments
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and VLAN configuration
• Solid understanding of network segmentation principles and connectivity design
• Experience delivering infrastructure migration initiatives within enterprise environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse NICs, IP addressing, VLANs, network zones, and existing traffic paths
• Validate Data and Management traffic flows in cooperation with application teams
• Identify backup, replication, and other traffic types utilizing the Management path
• Define the target network architecture, connectivity model, and migration approach
• Assess NIC port availability and capacity constraints across the infrastructure
• Support migration execution, troubleshooting activities, and post-migration validation
