Job summary

The Measurement Partner role at TikTok collaborates with leading clients in Europe to deliver measurement strategies for branding and performance activities on the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and measurement to ensure best-in-class support and actionable insights.

The initial base pay is PLN 10,800 per month, with bonuses and RSUs potential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
• Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills.
• Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing as well as attribution and Media Mix Modelling, including triangulation across these methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform.
• Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients across branding, app and web performance use cases.
• Analyse data to develop advanced analytics projects tailor made for clients to prove that TikTok works.
• Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams.
