WS Audiology Group in Poznań, Poland, seeks a Team Lead Technical Documentation to guide five Polish Technical Documentation Specialists with a global scope. You will drive strategy, ensure compliant medical device documentation, and coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Product teams in a hybrid, on-site role based in Poznań city center.

Competenze

• Experience leading a documentation or technical writing team.
• Ability to coach and develop employees and foster collaboration.
• Degree or equivalent in a related field or strong relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, develop, and support a team of five Technical Writers with global scope.
• Define and execute the team strategy for Technical Documentation.
• Manage daily operations, scoping, prioritization and escalation.
• Ensure legally required technical documentation for medical devices is compliant.
• Represent Technical Documentation in change boards and align with Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Business lines.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Launch Management, Brand Management, IT, R&D and Operations.
• Collaborate with regional teams on launch dates and documentation requirements.
• Manage external suppliers for documentation tools and related services.
• Monitor workload and priorities to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute hands-on to selected technical documents when needed.
