Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or material management in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP for order management and inventory tracking.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads and prioritize demands.
• Strong communication with internal factory teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• ITO Execution: validate material requirements and coordinate with sourcing for lead times and pricing.
• Procurement Execution: issue POs, maintain open order reports, ensure documentation.
• Fulfilment Management: track shipments, monitor lead times, resolve delays to meet delivery dates.
• Tactical Supply Coordination: execute defined sourcing strategies with internal factories and service shops.
• Order Maintenance: keep ERP/MRP data current and review open orders for roadblocks.
• Cross-Functional Problem Solving: collaborate with Sourcing, Logistics, and Fulfillment teams, update stakeholders.
• Compliance & Reporting: adhere to policies and report On-Time Delivery metrics.
