Qualifications

• College degree with a technical profile.
• Knowledge of process engineering in production.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.

• Efficient time management and travel willingness (15-20%).

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing operations across FS sites and drive improvement.
• Standardize processes and tools across the FS network.
• Develop models for processing times based on parameters.
• Mentor manufacturing engineers and conduct audits.
• Pilot new systems and collaborate with VP Operations Engineering.
• Prepare capital investment requests and oversee projects.
