Qualifications

• Familiarity with localization and translation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated learning calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and optimize the intake process for training requests.
• Manage end-to-end trainer operations.
• Own the day-to-day operations of the VILT platform.
• Lead the budget planning cycle for the LS team.
• Manage language requirements across learning solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive tracker for LS projects.
• Define and improve LS processes and SOPs.
