Job summary

Vestas seeks a Lean Specialist to join the Global Service Operations team. You will work with colleagues across regions to advance Operational Excellence, and drive the Service Lean roadmap while upholding safety and quality standards.

Primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark but Szczecin (Poland) is listed among possible sites; expect travel and cross-border collaboration in a diverse, international renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of Change Management (Lean) experience and proven track record of success.
• Experience within the offshore working environment.
• Preferable experience as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Continue to develop and execute the Service Lean NCE Offshore roadmap.
• Secure Lean tools deployment, lead Kaizens and assess training needs.
• Reduce operational costs through the implementation of Operational Excellence Projects and concepts in alignment with Global Transformation Plans and Cost-out bridges.
• Facilitate sharing of Offshore best practices globally.
