Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a seasoned Leadership Programs, Impact & Engagement Lead to shape leadership and talent development globally. You will drive delivery, measurement, and communications for key programs like ROOTS, Ignite, and Signature Programs, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

You will define analytics, dashboards, and reporting to demonstrate business impact, while evolving the leadership portfolio and digital learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and relevant certifications.
• 8–10+ years in leadership development, talent development, or HR transformation.
• Proven experience delivering global leadership programs and engaging executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for leadership initiatives.
• Develop roadmaps, governance, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams for programs.
