Hitachi Energy is seeking an Innovation Technology Programs Lead to shape the future of our global Transformers business. You will lead transformative pilots, co‑create high‑impact initiatives, and drive open innovation across the organization.

In this role you’ll bridge strategy, development, and execution, overseeing multi‑regional programs, budgets, and partnerships with research institutions to deliver innovative solutions for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Science Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in the transformers industry, including leadership in a global environment.
Ability to translate market trends into strategic technology roadmaps.
Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through innovation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead transformative innovation initiatives that spark intrapreneurship and continuous improvement.
Shape and manage the Innovation Focus Area portfolio, including strategy, prioritization, and roadmaps.
Drive annual and multi-year technology plans to ensure aligned, well-resourced execution.
Foster strong collaboration across global teams and stakeholders to remove barriers.
