Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Data Management department, ensuring SOP compliance, timely deliverables, and high-quality data management across assigned projects in Poland.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical data management, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets and cross-functional teams. You will drive process improvements, mentor managers, and collaborate with stakeholders to support clinical trial delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science or related discipline — or equivalent relevant experience.
• Min of 12 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• 6-8 years of line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with SOPs on assigned project and team.
• Provide line management for the assigned management team.
• Define objectives for Managers and support career development.
• Contribute to strategic management of the department.
• Oversee resourcing and budget oversight for the team.
• Manage departmental quality and issue management; identify trends and implement solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables and profitability for department projects.
• Provide oversight to Subject Matter Experts and stakeholder communication.
