Job summary

Guardian Glass in Poland is seeking an experienced Laminating Line Process Engineer (m/f/d) to lead lamination operations at the Częstochowa facility. You will own the lamination processes, drive optimization, and work with cross-functional teams to improve quality, safety and efficiency.

The role requires an engineering degree and solid production experience; English proficiency is essential. The company offers an international environment, professional development, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in industrial production, preferably in glass lamination.
• Experience managing complex production processes.
• Independent, organized and proactive working style.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for glass lamination processes and products on the lamination line.
• Develop, supervise and optimize lamination processes for quality, safety, efficiency and energy use.
• Analyze plant and process performance; identify and implement improvements sustainably.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Quality, S&OP and Production Planning teams.
• Reduce downtime, plan repairs and process changes, and ensure proper integration with production.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and best-practice approaches.
• Prepare and communicate reports on plant and process performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and permits.
