Job summary

Guardian Glass in Częstochowa is seeking an experienced Technical Coater Manager to lead the coater area, own technical performance, and drive safety, quality and throughput improvements in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will partner with production and support teams to implement structured problem-solving, apply proven practices, and develop teams across all levels of the organization while delivering reliable production results.

• Support operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring timely technical escalation and effective decision-making.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge of thin-film optical processes, sputtering, vacuum processes and related equipment.
• Experience in glass, ceramic or other high-temperature manufacturing processes, including furnace, combustion, forming or annealing theory.
• Managerial experience in a large manufacturing or continuous process environment.
• Experience with data mining, statistical analysis and performance-tracking methods.
• Experience managing complex projects and developing effective corrective actions.
• Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
