Data Modul Polska Sp. z o.o. in Lublin seeks a Process Engineer to drive automated production methods for displays and touch systems. You will optimize bonding processes, implement qualification and documentation, and support quality analytics in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates bring engineering training, several years in production, and experience with industrial robotics (KUKA preferred). English language skills are essential, and occasional international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Process Engineer or degree in natural sciences or engineering.
• Initial experience with automated bonding processes desirable.
• Several years of relevant experience in production, ideally international.
• Experience programming industrial robots, preferably KUKA.
• Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail with structured work style.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to travel internationally (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in introducing and acquiring new automated manufacturing methods for displays and touch systems.
• Optimize existing production processes focusing on optical and structural bonding.
• Implement product and process qualification and validation.
• Develop production documentation and work instructions for new technologies.
• Support quality documentation development (FMEA, PLP).
• Conduct independent process error analysis in consultation with other departments.
