The Financial Controlling Manager will lead the controlling team, drive planning, forecasting, and Group-compliant reporting for cross‑border activities. You will oversee budget execution, monitor financial performance, and advise senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in controlling and financial management in international organisations
• At least 5 years in a leadership/people management role
• Master’s degree in Finance/Business/Economics related discipline
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Experience in organizational/process transformation
• Compliance with internal policies, governance and audit management
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, eager to learn new technologies
• Strong ownership mindset and delivery focus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising the work of the controlling team
• Providing coherent, complete, timely and Group-compliant accounting and management reporting
• Conducting company planning and forecasting activities
• Monitoring budget execution and financial performance against targets
• Supporting strategic decision-making with business insights
• Driving optimization of controlling processes and implementation of tools
• Assessing risks and implementing mitigation actions
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value
• Performing other tasks entrusted by superiors within scope of the role
