Job summary

Transition Technologies MS is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive a global digital workplace transformation, migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, coordinate migration readiness, manage risks, and ensure smooth deployment with minimal business disruption.

The role requires 3+ years in IT PM, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT Project/Program Management or related roles.
Experience in a complex global matrix organization.
Proven experience with large-scale enterprise migrations (Google Workspace/M365).
Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between technical project teams and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
Co-manage the migration calendar and align deployments with key deadlines and constraints.
Ensure business teams are prepared for migration and collect feedback and requirements.
Own and maintain the RAID log and drive mitigation activities.
Track readiness, checklists, milestones, and sign-offs using project tools.
Monitor project metrics, dependencies, risks, and progress.
Support change impact assessments and business continuity planning.
Coordinate early testing and validation to minimize go-live disruption.
Lead cross-functional meetings and make scope/timeline decisions.
Act as central point of contact between business leads, technical teams, and stakeholders.
