Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Global Install IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects across the AIS and PCS businesses. You will lead cross-functional teams with IT Product Managers, engineering, cybersecurity, and regional Install teams to ensure on-time deployment and aligned priorities.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced global setting. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Progressive IT project management experience in healthcare technology, medical device, or complex capital equipment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale installation projects from inception to completion.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies (MRI/CT/X-ray) and installation requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Global Install IT projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project health, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Drive projects to completion on time, within scope and budget.
• Support governance with clear reporting and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with IT Product Managers and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
