Job summary

ALK, a global pharmaceutical company, seeks a Finance IT Project Manager in Kraków to drive and support finance projects, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust technical solutions addressing business needs.

You will manage IT projects from conception to implementation, coordinate SAP releases with GBIT/Finance SMEs, and promote innovation across Global Finance to improve efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Graduate/Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
5+ years in Finance/IT project management.
Experience in process optimization and financial systems.
Accounting/auditing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage or participate in IT projects with Director EAC and SVP Global Finance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust Finance tech solutions.
Communicate process changes and system updates to stakeholders.
Stay updated on finance tech trends and drive improvements.
Plan and coordinate SAP releases, tests, upgrades with GBIT/Finance SMEs.
