Job summary

Chabre IT Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead in Warsaw to manage large-scale software initiatives. You will oversee governance, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies while communicating with global stakeholders, including AWS representatives.

Ideal candidates have AWS certification, extensive senior PM experience, and solid SDLC knowledge with agile practices.

Qualifications

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher.
Extensive commercial experience as a Senior IT Project Manager or Delivery Lead managing complex software projects.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to negotiate and influence decisions.
Strong analytical mindset with focus on problem-solving and delivery optimization.
Advanced English proficiency for international client communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery governance ensuring phases meet quality standards and timelines.
Map and resolve cross-functional dependencies to prevent blockers.
Prepare transparent status reports for global stakeholders, including AWS reps.
Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
Manage project scope, budgets, and resources in a dynamic environment.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
