USTBC ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking an Global IS Governance Assurance and Advisory Specialist in Kraków. You will shape how governance is executed across ABB’s global organization, ensuring frameworks are implemented, adopted, and continuously improved.

The role requires organizing stakeholders, guiding senior leaders, and balancing assurance with advisory activities within a hybrid work model. Strong English communication and familiarity with COBIT/ITIL/ISO 38500 are valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT/IS governance, compliance, risk management in a complex global corporate environment.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous approach to governance implementation.
• Ability to take ownership and work with initiative with minimal supervision.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Designing, maintaining, and improving IS governance frameworks, policies, and standards to align IT with business goals.
• Monitoring governance, compliance, and risk frameworks; coordinating audits; remediating findings.
• Advising senior leaders and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and governance adoption.
