Job summary

AimBig Employment Pty Ltd in Poznań is seeking an Internal Auditor for a 12-month assignment to join the global audit team, assessing financial and operational processes across international locations.

The role requires at least 3 years in internal audit, a degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, excellence in Excel, and English proficiency for international collaboration; occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit or internal controls.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Good knowledge of financial processes and internal control mechanisms.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong English skills for international communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks.
• Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational audits in line with the annual audit plan.
• Analyze business processes and assess effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor remediation actions implementation.
• Collaborate with business and finance teams across international locations.
• Contribute to projects improving processes and internal control environment.
• Occasional business travel related to audit projects.
