Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Director of Global Intercompany Operations and Logistics to shape the worldwide intercompany strategy and operating framework. You will lead a global team coordinating product movement among plants, partners, affiliates, and customers, focusing on compliance, standardization, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Manufacturing.
Experience leading international, cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

Define global strategy and operating standards for intercompany operations, including import/export orders and inventory replenishment.
Lead regional Intercompany Operations and Supply Chain leaders with training and performance expectations.
Direct global freight and logistics activities, including lanes, partner performance and freight cost analysis.
Establish global metrics and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders across functions.
Strengthen supply chain resilience via risk mitigation and continuity planning.
