Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Director to define the worldwide intercompany operations strategy and operating framework. You will lead a global team coordinating product movement between manufacturing sites, partners, warehouses and select customers, driving compliance, standardization, service and cost efficiency across the network.

You will report to the Senior Director of Global Logistics, building a high‑performing, globally distributed organization with strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience leading international cross-cultural teams.
• Deep knowledge of import/export operations and trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global strategy, governance and operating standards for intercompany operations.
• Lead regional Intercompany Operations and Supply Chain leaders with training plans and performance expectations.
• Direct global freight and logistics activities, including lanes, performance, costs and audits.
• Establish global KPIs and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders across functions.
• Strengthen resilience via risk mitigation and escalation of complex logistics issues.
