Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior Partnerships Product Manager to lead influencer growth across global markets and turn creator relationships into revenue with rigorous analytics.

You will own end-to-end influencer strategy, work with product leadership, coordinate regional teams, recruit partners, and report on KPIs to senior leadership. This role blends product, marketing, and commercial functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or performance marketing expertise as a primary discipline, with a strong track record of tying creator activity to measurable revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on experience translating product and GTM priorities into influencer campaigns, partner programs, and growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to align and direct cross-functional and regional teams across product, marketing, and commercial functions.
• Experience owning or significantly influencing a marketing budget, with comfort reporting on revenue impact beyond vanity metrics.
• Data-driven by default - able to build performance frameworks, diagnose what's working across markets, and optimise based on findings.
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of securing and scaling high-value influencer and strategic partnerships, including in emerging markets.
• Fluent in English; experienced working across cultures, time zones, and international digital or tech products.
• Background in international tech, SaaS, or digital products is a bonus - with genuine curiosity about the creator economy and how it intersects with product growth.

Responsibilities

• Global influencer strategy: Define and execute the end-to-end influencer strategy for an owned product across all focus markets.
• Product leadership seat: Act as the influencer representative inside the Business Unit and collaborate on go-to-market strategies.
• Regional execution oversight: Define campaign priorities and metrics for regional influencer teams across markets.
• Partners at scale: Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential influencers and strategic partners with scalable frameworks.
• Performance and growth: Own influencer KPIs and report on goals, forecasts, and results to senior stakeholders.
