Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Engineering to drive operational excellence, reliability and scalability across global infrastructure. You will own the platform engineering, automation, and SRE strategy while guiding regional expansion and cost-effective deployment models.

You will lead teams across infrastructure, platform, and SRE, partnering with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance to influence infrastructure investments while maintaining high standards for security

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure or SRE teams at scale.
• Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid CI/CD and GitOps experience.
• Demonstrated SRE practice with SLOs, incident management, postmortems, and capacity planning.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability platforms.
• Familiarity with high-availability and disaster-recovery design.
• A track record leading infrastructure expansion across multiple regions.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and infrastructure costs.
• To be comfortable operating at both executive and detailed engineering levels.

Responsibilities

• Owning the global infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and SRE strategy.
• Designing and evolving a secure, scalable hybrid architecture across cloud and on-premises.
• Leading infrastructure expansion into new regions with repeatable deployment models.
• Driving automation through IaC, GitOps, CI/CD, and self-service platforms.
• Owning reliability, performance, capacity, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Building and leading infrastructure, platform, and SRE teams.
• Staying close to implementation by reviewing designs, challenging decisions, and guiding incidents.
• Partnering with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance team leaders on infrastructure investment.
