Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group is inviting applications for its 18-month Global Graduate Programme designed to fast-track finance and business leaders. You’ll rotate through Planning & Reporting, Corporate Finance, and Commercial Finance, with a two-week Grad Academy international experience in the UK, and potential international rotation based on performance.

Graduates with 0–3 years’ experience, strong analytical and intercultural skills, and fluency in English are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a Bachelor or Master in Finance, Management, Business, Economics or similar.
• Recently graduated or up to 3 years of professional experience.
• English proficiency; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Planning & Reporting, Corporate Finance, and Commercial Finance to learn the business.
• Contribute to financial scenario modeling and monthly reporting processes.
• Develop leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills through Grad Academy in the UK.

As a Global Management Trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through various positions to fully understand the dynamics of our market. All of it in a diverse and multinational environment with accountability from day one through cross-functional projects.

• Onboarding - tailored induction trainings and field visits with our sales teams to understand how the business really works, meeting your dedicated mentor and buddy who’ll support you along the way in BAT.

Rotations inpossible areas:

• Planning & Reporting - you’ll manage cost of sales and financial targets, complete monthly reporting cycles
• Corporate Finance - opportunity to support compliance monitoring processes, collaborate with external auditors and assist in verifying accounting accuracy and timely reporting
• Commercial Finance - includes financial scenario modeling, marketing investment & stakeholder management, PowerBI dashboards creation
• GradAcademy - a two-weekinternational experience in the UK, where graduates from around the world come togetherto train leadership skillsand networking.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics or similar
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Passion for finance and a general knowledge of its core functions
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed
• National and/or international mobility
• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
• Polish - nice to have
