Job summary

British American Tobacco Polska Trading sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Consumer Engagement and Activation Specialist to drive BAT’s consumer engagement in retail environments for both combustible and reduced-risk products.

You will support day-to-day activities and help develop and execute campaigns across retail channels. The role requires a Marketing degree, 1–2 years in trade marketing, strong PM and communication skills, plus analytical ability to turn data into actions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, POSM development, or related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate information into insights and action.
• Proficiency in English; French or German knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy marketing campaigns and retail pricing activities across retail touchpoints.
• Ensure optimized visibility of products in POS, including planograms and shelf solutions.
• Coordinate external suppliers and agencies for material production and shelf planograming.
• Track, analyze and optimize initiatives, and develop new merchandising materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders for seamless retail activity implementation.

British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Engagement and Activation Specialist in Warsaw!

We are seeking a highly motivated, strong performing team player who is eager to contribute to strengthening our Retail and Ex retail departments. You will support the team on its day-to-day business and drive the development and execution of BAT’s consumer engagement strategy in the retail environment for both Combustible and Potentially Risk Reduced Products.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Deploy marketing campaigns and retail pricing activities across retail communication touchpoints.
• Ensure optimized visibility of products in the Point of Sales, including planograms and shelf solutions.
• Liaise and coordinate external suppliers and agencies for material production and shelf planograming.
• Track, analyze and optimize current initiatives, whilst generating new ideas and supporting the development of new merchandising materials.
• Establishing strong working relationship with the Marketing department and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of retail activities.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Marketing or a similar field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, POSM development, or a related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate information into insights and action.
