Job summary

UNIQLO’s Management Candidate (UMC) Graduate Programme in Warsaw invites ambitious graduates to join a 12-month accelerated leadership journey. You’ll rotate through store operations, learn analytics, and develop people management skills, with mentoring from the COO and opportunities to influence commercial decisions.

Expect a fast pace, hands-on experience on the shop floor, cross-functional exposure, and a clear path to leadership within one of the world’s leading retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with permanent work authorization in Poland.
• Ready to start full-time in March or September 2027.
• Minimum B2 level in English and Polish.
• Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Months 1–4: immerse in store operations and master customer service, replenishment and omni-channel basics.
• Months 5–6: act as supervisor, lead teams, and own initial commercial responsibilities.
• Months 7–12: work with Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and strategy.
• Develop sales analytics, KPI performance, and store layout standards.
