Job summary

Biogen Poland is seeking a strategic FP&A leader to drive financial planning, consolidation, and management reporting across IPM, including Russia, APAC and LATAM. You will partner with regional leadership, manage monthly closes, and support new product launches while improving processes.

The role requires a degree in finance, ACCA/CIMA, 5+ years FP&A experience, and comfort with US GAAP or IFRS in a multinational context. Hybrid work from Warsaw, with Poland work permit/residency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• ACCA and/or CIMA qualification.
• At least five years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in controllership with US GAAP or IFRS.
• Operating in a multi-regional business environment.
• Strong IT skills: Office, Oracle, Hyperion or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and consolidation across IPM, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Establish IPM planning processes and reporting requirements.
• Design IPM forecast templates for analysis.
• Coordinate monthly IPM management reporting with regional and corporate finance.
• Explain price, volume, spend and patient trends; propose corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and processes.
• Act as a finance partner to regional leadership teams (EPM, Russia, APAC, LATAM).
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes; oversee revenue recognition and provisions.
• Provide financial analysis for new product launches and BD projects.
• Deliver timely, accurate IPM reporting aligned with total-IPM requirements.
• Manage contribution margin and monitor product margin controllership.
