Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Kraków seeks a senior Forensic Audit Manager to lead the newly formed Forensic Audit team within Internal Audit.

You will direct investigative work across cross-border cases and serve as the finance and forensic accounting expert within OSI governance. You will build and maintain high-quality investigation files, mentor team members, coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR and Compliance, and drive improvements to controls and preventive measures while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or MBA is required.
• Five to seven years of experience in audit, finance, or investigations, including leadership.
• Professional certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investigation policies and documentation and case handling.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end lifecycle of investigating integrity concerns, including intake, data collection and reporting.
• Reconstructing transactions, following funds, and assessing indicators of fraud or corruption.
• Coordinating with Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, IT, Security and external experts.
• Leading the Forensic Audit team and developing team expertise.
