Job summary

Vos Logistics in Kwidzyn is seeking a motivated professional to coordinate road transport processes, monitor drivers with category C+E licenses, and plan routes in an international environment.

You will work with the Planning, Customer Service and Quality teams to ensure timely delivery and address issues on transport orders, supporting vehicle repair scheduling. Russian language skills are mandatory for communicating with Eastern European drivers.

Qualifications

• Russian language skills are a mandatory requirement.
• Good knowledge of English and Polish.
• At least secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating with professional drivers (category C+E).
• Ability to work under time pressure and with availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate road transport processes and monitor drivers with C+E licenses.
• Plan and optimize routes.
• Address issues related to execution of transport orders.
• Collaborate with the technical department on vehicle repair/inspection schedules.
• Work with international Planning, Customer Service and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
