Job summary

UPM in Wroclaw is seeking a Process Controller for Global Functions Finance Tower. The role is hybrid, located at UPM Business HUB Poland in Wroclaw, reporting to Anne Hänninen.

You will provide end-to-end financial support, perform complex accounting, ensure compliance, and drive improvements across reporting and processes. The position requires a Bachelor's in finance/accounting/economics, 3+ years in controlling or reporting, proficiency with SAP, Onestream, and BI tools, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in controlling, financial planning, or management reporting in a shared service or GBS environment.
• Experience with internal controls, audit coordination, and compliance in an international corporate setting.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing principles, intercompany accounting, and cost allocation methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), consolidation and reporting tools (SAP Onestream), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). AI skills are a plus.
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience working in cross-functional or multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end financial support within a defined fixed cost function.
• Perform complex accounting and business reporting tasks for the named area.
• Collaborate with accountants and experts to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate outsourcing partners with timely information and monitor tasks.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement of accounting and reporting services, processes and tools.
• Participate in development projects and report on own area with stakeholders.
