Stellantis is seeking an experienced Finance Data Design Lead to join the Central Finance & MDG Projects team. You will shape the universal Stellantis Finance Data Model, coordinating with finance, IT, and business units across the group to harmonize accounting and controlling processes.

You will lead governance, drive a core finance model, and ensure data integrity while maintaining a finance-first perspective. Fluency in English is required in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling data models, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
• 8–12 years in finance transformation, automation, and system implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and governance of the Stellantis Finance Data Model, ensuring alignment with global policies.
• Manage cross-functional finance projects with local and central teams and BPOs.
• Drive the implementation of a core finance model across systems and organizations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams and external vendors to support ERP implementations.
• Ensure data modeling supports operational efficiency and strategic finance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies throughout projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and updates to executive leadership.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to measure project impact and performance.
• Manage multiple projects while aligning with business objectives.
