Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Finance Data Model Lead to design and govern a global finance data model across ERP systems and processes. You will coordinate multinational teams, drive data integrity, and ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP in complex transformation programs.

You will leverage Power BI and other analytics tools to measure impact, while balancing project priorities in a hybrid work model based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in finance transformation projects including process automation and system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, controlling data models, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and financial management software.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of the finance data model aligned with global policies.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance projects with local and central teams, SSCs, and Process Owners.
• Drive core finance model implementation across systems ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external vendors to support ERP implementations with a finance-first perspective.
• Ensure data modeling supports operational efficiency and strategic finance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide updates to executives.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure project impact.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of the Stellantis Finance Data Model, ensuring alignment with global finance policies and processes.
• Manage cross-functional finance projects, coordinating with local and central teams, Shared Service Centers, BPOs, and Process Owners.
• Drive the implementation of a core finance model across systems and organizations, ensuring consistency and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams and external vendors to support ERP implementations, while maintaining a finance-first perspective.
• Ensure that data modeling supports operational efficiency and strategic finance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies throughout project execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, managing expectations and providing regular updates to executive leadership.
• Utilize data analytics and financial reporting tools to measure project impact and performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in finance transformation projects, including process automation and system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling data model, accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and financial management software.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access).
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven finance solutions.
• Understanding of SOX compliance, IFRS, and GAAP accounting standards.
• Experience working in multinational environments and managing global projects.
• Planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize tasks.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate/manage multicultural teams.
• Team player with decision making capabilities.
