Job summary

Stellantis seeks an experienced Finance Transformation Project Lead to drive strategic initiatives across finance processes, SAP S/4HANA implementations, and organizational changes.

You will manage cross-functional, multinational teams and collaborate with IT, Shared Services, and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a solid finance background, strong governance skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformations in a global automotive context.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Finance Consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation projects in multinational environments.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional and international project teams.
• Experience in ERP implementations, finance process harmonization, or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Experience supporting mergers, organizational transformations, or finance operating model redesign initiatives is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation projects, ensuring achievement of scope, timeline, quality, and budget objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, milestone tracking, risk registers, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing partners, and external vendors.
• Drive project governance and prepare materials for Steering Committees and executive stakeholders.
• Manage project dependencies and proactively mitigate risks impacting delivery.
• Lead initiatives supporting the convergence of finance processes across Stellantis.
• Drive the definition and implementation of global finance operating models, standardized processes, controls, and policies.
• Support business transformation initiatives linked to mergers, legal entity simplification programs, and organizational redesign.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging automation, digital solutions, and best practices.
• Lead Finance workstreams supporting SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, fit-gap assessments, testing, deployment planning, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with system integrators and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of finance solutions.
• Promote adoption of automation, AI-enabled solutions, and advanced analytics.
