Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot advanced food-processing equipment across Poland and the EMEA region.

You will interact with customers, provide on-site support, deliver operator training, and generate detailed service reports. The role requires hands-on technical skills, travel readiness, and strong communication within an international team.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems with electrical fault-finding capability.
• Experience in food processing or automated industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Fluent Turkish and good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Valid driving licence and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites across Poland and EMEA
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiency
• Support customers with operational, maintenance, and technical guidance
• Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation and best practices
• Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and follow-up recommendations
• Identify spare parts requirements and recommend upgrades or improvements where appropriate
• Collaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Support larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region when required
