Ваш обов’язок — запуск нових локацій з нуля, забезпечення безперебійної роботи інфраструктури, управління бюджетами, підрядниками та сервісними партнерами, а також створення масштабованих стандартів і високого рівня внутрішнього сервісу для співробітників.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large real estate / facilities portfolios.
• Experience with construction, manufacturing, warehouses, or corporate infra.
• Strong leadership, financial, project, and vendor skills.
• Proactive and execution-oriented mindset with hospitality-level service.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of offices, factories, warehouses and facilities.
• Launch new facilities from planning to opening and operations.
• Ensure locations are clean, protected, comfortable and operational.
• Maintain infrastructure: energy, IT systems, security.
• Manage budgets, vendors, contractors and partners.
• Develop scalable standards and service levels across locations.
• Improve efficiency, reliability, and employee experience.
• Deliver internal services making employees feel like guests in hotels.
