Job summary

RemotePass is expanding into new markets and this role owns establishing new entities and keeping existing ones in good standing. You’ll lead a cross-functional team spanning legal, finance, and operations, driving scoping through to fully operational entities, with project management and senior stakeholder involvement.

You don't need to be a lawyer, but you’ll operate in a legal/compliance environment, handle incorporation/licensing, and drive efficient workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in company secretarial, corporate governance, entity management, or paralegal work.
• Hands-on ownership of corporate records, filings, and board resolutions.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity or multinational group across jurisdictions.
• Strong project management, keeping multiple workstreams on track.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and external partners.
• Familiar with notarisation, certification, and legalisation of corporate documents.
• Remote, fast-moving scale-up environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage our global entity lifecycle from market scoping to governance and compliance.
• Direct cross-functional teams across legal, finance, and operations.
• Keep senior stakeholders aligned with clear progress reporting.
• Navigate regulatory requirements including incorporation and licensing.
• Maintain corporate records and manage renewals, changes, and filings.
• Contribute to vendor and corporate legal matters and playbooks.
