Lundbeck Krakow is seeking an experienced Entity Controller to coordinate legal and accounting closures within a global transformation. You’ll work with senior stakeholders worldwide, ensuring compliance and timely execution of entity closures under the COM Project.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in GBS/finance/compliance
• Masters degree or equivalent; relevant certificates are a plus
• English proficiency at C1 or higher; strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Entity Closure Execution: complete legal, financial steps for entity closures on time per policies
• Collaboration with External and Internal Experts: cooperate with liquidators, legal advisors, finance experts
• Central Point of Contact: liaison between GBS teams, external liquidators, and HQ workstreams
• Monitoring & Control: track progress, identify risks, escalate issues to leadership
• Compliance Oversight: ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Process Evaluation & Improvement: assess and strengthen processes
• Information Flow & Reporting: share updates, prepare status reports
• Risk Identification & Mitigation: identify risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
