Job summary
Lundbeck GBS Krakow is seeking an Entity Controller to coordinate the closure of entities within Global Business Services, focusing on legal and accounting compliance under projects. Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of GBS-based experience.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Experience with complex transformation/projects and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate entity closures with timely, compliant execution.
- Collaborate with liquidators, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as central liaison between GBS, external partners, and HQ workstreams.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate as needed.
- Support compliance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate processes and drive improvements for robustness and efficiency.
- Prepare status updates and documentation for decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and compliance risks.
