Job summary

Hitachi Energy Transformers seeks a Global Enterprise Architect to shape the enterprise architecture landscape in Kraków. You will drive governance, guide application roadmaps, and connect business priorities with scalable IT solutions across global transformers operations.

You will collaborate with business and IT leaders to define target-state architectures, evaluate new technologies, and support architecture processes and best practices to increase transparency and value.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
Experience in international and multicultural organizations.
Ability to bridge business and IT and influence stakeholders at different levels.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of architecture governance and application landscape management.
Familiarity with TOGAF, ITIL 4, and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise architecture governance across assigned business functions.
Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with business objectives.
Define and maintain architecture roadmaps and target-state architectures.
Translate business demands into scalable, compliant IT solutions.
Ensure end-to-end consistency across processes, technologies, apps, and platforms.
Collaborate with global IT teams on application lifecycle planning.
