Job summary

Ayesa Digital is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the definition, evolution, and governance of enterprise architecture across a complex organization. The role aligns business and technology strategies and drives architecture standards, methodologies, and meaningful transformation programs.

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with TOGAF, Zachman, Sparx/ARIS, and cloud architecture, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Enterprise Architect in medium to large organisations.
• Experience promoting enterprise architecture culture, governance and best practices.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks and standards (TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected).
• Experience with business process modelling, value stream mapping and capability maps.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern enterprise architecture processes, methodologies and governance across the organisation.
• Design and promote architecture principles, standards and target-state architectures.
• Support programmes and projects in planning, risk and change management, and architectural compliance.
• Develop architectural capabilities and architecture management initiatives.
• Define system interoperability models and interfaces between business and technical systems.
• Gather needs and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
• Develop transition roadmaps from current to target architectures.
• Produce architecture documentation, reports and business cases for stakeholders.
• Analyse metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provide architectural guidance to projects implementing enterprise components and standards.
• Assess architecture maturity using recognised frameworks.
