Job summary

Flex seeks a Global Engineering Change Manager to lead engineering change projects across its global organization, with a location in the EMEA region (UK, Poland or Ireland). The role reports to the Senior Director - Global Engineering and requires 4+ years in engineering/change management, strong English, and a track record in delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include KPI-driven reporting, Kaizen-based process improvements, and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in engineering or change management.
• Proficient in English for international discussions with teams and stakeholders.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive engineering change projects across the global organization.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
• Create KPIs and dashboards; report progress to leadership.
• Apply Kaizen techniques for process improvements and waste reduction.
• Provide direction and mentoring to teams per established policies.
