Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Global Emergency Handling (GEH) team, leading technical resolutions and customer collaboration during critical outages. The role blends leadership with hands-on telecom expertise to stabilize networks quickly and prevent recurrence.

You will drive end-to-end Emergency Handling, engage with cross-functional teams, and contribute to post-event improvements, ensuring top-quality service for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in Customer Support or related roles is expected.
• Solid technical background with telecom product exposure (5GC, EPC, Cloud, IMS).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Emergency Handling Services and restore customer systems in the shortest time.
• Contribute to delivery of customer projects beyond Emergency Handling.
• Provide solutions during emergencies and post-mortem or cross-domain tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Address complex technical and business challenges during emergencies.
• Participate with Local and Global Support management in post-event improvements.
