Directio Sp. z o.o. seeks an eCommerce Operations Consultant to support and manage enterprise B2B/B2C platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce). This techno-functional role focuses on order management, fulfilment, production support, QA, and stakeholder coordination rather than software development.

You will work with global business, warehouse, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure stable day-to-day eCommerce operations and rapid issue resolution.

Competenze

• 3–8 years of professional experience supporting eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce).
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce operations: order management, fulfilment, pricing & promotions, checkout flows.
• Experience with production support, incident management, and coordinating issue resolution with technical teams.
• Experience with UAT, QA, and business analysis activities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willing to work with global delivery teams and operate in rotating shifts (24/7).
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Monitor daily eCommerce platform operations and business transactions.
• Support the complete order lifecycle: order management, fulfilment, shipment tracking, returns, and customer issue resolution.
• Coordinate operational activities with business users, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and technical support teams.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Provide L1/L2 operational and production support for Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
• Analyze production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Monitor integrations, order flows, payment transactions, and fulfilment processes.
• Prepare incident reports and RCA documentation.
• Gather and document business requirements and analyze eCommerce processes for improvements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, business validation, release planning, and production readiness.
• Validate end-to-end eCommerce processes including catalog, pricing, checkout, orders, and returns.
• Execute test scenarios, report defects, and support regression and smoke testing.
• Prepare and support operational dashboards and status reports, tracking incidents and performance metrics.
• Participate in daily governance and stakeholder review meetings.
