Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an E2E Planner to sit at the heart of their Global Supply Planning function, connecting supply, demand and delivery to ensure customers receive what they need, when they need it.

You’ll be a trusted expert on the team, driving process improvements, supporting major projects, and helping shape how we work. If you love solving problems, collaborating across teams, and making a real impact on service and inventory performance, this could be the role for you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of planning experience in FMCG or international environment.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or business.
• Solid experience across planning: supply, demand, or distribution planning.
• Fluent English and data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with planning tools SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, or SAS.
• MS Office skills; SQL or data warehouses a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Keep a clear picture of stock levels and spot constraints before they become problems.
• Identify availability risks early, assess impact, and propose timely solutions.
• Track and report E2E Planning KPIs with root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Maintain accurate master data and system parameters to keep planning running.
• Represent E2E Planning in Delivery Centre projects and internal improvements.
• Review systems and processes to find efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor data quality in planning systems and address issues quickly.
• Support process owners in continuously improving E2E Planning.
