Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Program Manager to drive and govern EL Service's digital transformation agenda, working across teams to ensure planning, execution and delivery of strategic programs across global and regional horizons. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO leadership with digital transformation focus.
Proven experience with governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices across global programs.
Strong collaboration, change management, and driving alignment across teams.
Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline with digital transformation delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic digital programs across EL Service.
Track OKRs, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance with senior leadership reporting.
Establish governance frameworks, decision processes, and escalation routes for cross-functional execution.
Drive change management initiatives to support adoption of digital solutions and improve program delivery.
